Reny Mitkova is the founder and executive director of EOS Matrix Bulgaria, a leading company in debt purchasing and collection. Since 2011, she has served as the chairperson of the Debt Management Association. With over 20 years of managerial experience, she is a two-time finalist in the ‘Manager of the Year’ competition and the recipient of the ‘Young Manager of the Year’ award for 2009 from the Eureka Foundation.

Reny is the author of the book ‘We Always Pay’ and the creator of the podcast “The Pocket Money”, where she explores key aspects of family financial well-being.
