Professor emeritus at the University of Rijeka, Croatia lecturing on doctoral studies. As a visiting professor, he has lectured at several Universities in Europe South America, and Asia. Nine years spent as Vice Dean for Science and International Collaboration at the Faculty of Humanities and
Social Sciences. Cofounder and now President of the International Society on Emotional Intelligence (ISEI). He got Ph.D. in the field of emotional intelligence (EI) and competence and today works on the construction and validation of EI instruments. His EI instruments are translated and used in more than 30 countries all around the World. In 2011. he organized the 3 rd International Congress in Emotional Intelligence in Croatia.
