Gergana Mantarkova is a professional consultant with more than 30 years of experience.

She has been a Board Director of the International Council of Management Consulting Institutes (ICMCI), the body at the helm of the global community of consultants, since 2019. She spearheaded the “Future of Management Consultancy” initiative and setting up of a global network of young consultants under the brand “ICMCI Future Leaders”.

She serves as Chair of the Bulgarian Association of Management Consulting Organisation, the only organisation in Bulgaria accredited by the International Council of Management Consulting Institutes to award the qualification Certified Management Consultant (CMC).

Gergana Mantarkova was the Managing Partner and Head of Advisory for KPMG in Bulgaria in the period 2000 – 2019. She was also member of the KPMG Board in Central and Eastern Europe taking an active part in setting the firm’s regional strategy.

She is a certified emotional intelligence specialist at Foundation for development of emotional intelligence since 2020.
