The professional certificate group training in emotional intelligence on two levels is carried out under the author’s program of Dr. John Pelitterry, President of the International Society for Emotional Intelligence (ISEI), New York, USA. The training program is in accordance with the professional and ethical standards of ARA – American Psychological Association. The program is accredited by ISEI and now is offered in Bulgarian with Dr. Antonina Kardasheva as a lecturer, National Coordinator for Bulgaria at ISEI, Founder and CEO of the Foundation for Developing Emotional Intelligence.
The certificate gives participant international legal capacity and legitimacy to apply knowledge, skills, techniques and methods of emotional intelligence in a diverse professional environment and organisations. Each certificate has a unique number. The certificates are published in the registers of the Foundation for Developing Emotional Intelligence and the International Society for Emotional Intelligence.
The design of the training modules combines scientifically applied achievements and presents a variety of approaches, strategies and methods for the professional development in the field of emotional intelligence.
The professional certificate group training in emotional intelligence has a flexible program that is adapted to the participant free time, their needs and the specifics of their professional field. The questions for discussions, examples, case studies and activities in the modules are adapted according to the professional interests of the participant, the environment and their activities to meet the specific needs of the group.
The training program focuses on improving and maintaining the overall emotional health of people in organizations, increasing their emotional well-being, using strategies to manage stress in the workplace.

SECOND DAY – 28.01.2021
CERTIFICATE LEVEL II
CERTIFICATE FOR ADVANCED KNOWLEDGE
MEASUREMENT, INTERPRETATION AND APPLICABILITY OF EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE (total hours 12 hours)
First module: Laboratory 1 for emotional awareness
Second module: Assessment methodology – Individual and group evaluations
Third module: Laboratory 2 for emotional regulation
THIRD DAY – 29.01.2021
First module: Strategies and techniques for applying emotional intelligence in different professional conditions
Second module: Case Study Workshop – the EASE method
Third module: Post training individual plan for the professional development and applicability of the emotional intelligence in business area.
Duration of the training – every day from 09.00 to 17.00
